79th Golden Globe Awards 2022

Golden globe is one of the most prestigious awards conducted yearly, and it has great influence over Oscars which always conducted after golden Globes.

Hollywood Foreign Press Association (HFPA) shows Golden Globes during the 79th Annual Golden Globe Awards at The Beverly Hilton on January 9, 2022

Pandemic wave has made Hollywood Foreign Press Association proceeded with its film awards on the night of January 10 without a telecast, nominees, a red carpet, a host, press or even a livestream.

This time Golden Globe award is special as it awards first time transgender actor

Mj” Rodriguez, 31, took home a Golden Globe for best actress in a TV drama for her role as housemother and nurse Blanca on the FX show “Pose.” It marks the first time in history a transgender actor has won a Golden Globe.
