Sony A7sIII

Sony hit the big bang among videography market with its Alpha mirrorless camera series and even dominated by its incredible low light performance, full frame sensor segment along with a advanced auto focus features that really came close to the perfection of manual focus pulling

Now most expected model Sony A7sIII has some surprises,one is it has a struck to 4k video and 12mp sensor.

When new announcement going beyond 4k video,Sony has a valid reason for getting its basics in right place.

12MP full-frame sensor has huge individual photosites. This helps reduce noise and allows the A7S III to perform admirably at high ISO sensitivities and with full frame sensor with 12mp no need for pixel binning…that will be no heating issues.

A7s3  interesting features include is a  4K 120p video, 10-bit depth 4:2:2 color by internal recording and   useful variangle LCD screen

This camera features a new BIONZ XR processor the new a7S III is eight times faster than the BIONZ X,  improvement in processing rolling shutter is virtually eliminated.

A7S III comes with Sony’s S-Log 2 and S-Log 3 modes and the company claims 15+ stops of dynamic range for S-Log 3 capture. The native S-Log 3 ISO has been dropped to 640.

With external recorders like Ninja camera can deliver 16bit color raw output.

The camera pricing factor yet to be known and by september camera should be available to consumers.

Sony terms this new model as hybrid camera.

Take away is 4k @ 120 fps, 10 bit color internal recording and advanced processor.

For still photographers the 12Mp resolution may be a letdown,but for videography it has its own advantages.
