8k mirrorless: R5

Canon opened big doors for Dslr cinematography with a full frame sensor and full HD video in 5D mark II, that changed total scenario in the world of film making that liberalised Indie film makers.

But other updates of Canon Cinema cameras of C series was good addition but not to the expected level.

As Sony Panasonic took another big step with mirrorless series with success.

Now Canon has come up with huge announcement  EOS R5 camera of a full frame mirrorless camera recording 8k video with a bit depth of 10 and 4:2:2 color sampling internally,plus 120fps at 4k.

Canon says it has advanced heat dispersion can record continuously for 20 mints at 8k.

 Another model announced is R6 which is 20.6 mp sensor has similar features with 4 k video.
Canon R5 would be strong camera if it doesn’t produce heat issues.
