SICA after successfully conducting a elaborate session on testing latest Arri Alexa and Sony venice 2,\u00a0 continued to announce to its members a new program on Pro Gimbal training for two days, registration was announced few days back.<\/p>\n

SICA General secretary Ilavarasu welcomed the gathering along with President Karthik Raaja and Treasurer Sakthi Saravanan.<\/p>\n

      The M\u014dVI Pro motorized gimbal stabilizer steadies cameras weighing up to 15 pounds, rendering it compatible with mirrorless cameras all the way up to smaller cinema cameras.       By offering a unified design, the M\u014dVI Ring Pro lets the camera operator grip the attached M\u014dVI Pro from nearly any angle. Since the design also goes above and below the stabilizer itself, high and low shots are easily accomplished with minimal stretching on the part of the camera operator.<\/p>\n

      For dual-operator configurations, the MIMIC syncs with the M\u014dVI Pro, allowing one operator to control the camera movements while a second operator moves the camera rig. The MIMIC has Bluetooth and 2.4 GHz radios built-in for device and accessory communication. Additional control can be achieved with the included Bush Pilot Auxiliary Control Knob. When connected to the MIMIC, the Bush Pilot can actuate focus, zoom, or iris, depending on how you have it set up.<\/p>\n

      Pitch, roll, and yaw\u2014or tilt, roll, and pan
      \nThere are lots of terms when it comes to understanding how gimbals work. Some of them are the pitch, roll, or yaw axes. They refer to the points which allow the gimbal to stabilize. The pitch axis is also called the tilt axis. It\u2019s the up-and-down movement of your camera.<\/p>\n

      The roll axis refers to the movement that feels like standing in a boat on the water.<\/p>\n

      Left-to-right movement happens around the yaw axis, or the pan axis. It\u2019s used to capture objects that move horizontally, as in a panning shot or tracking shot.<\/p>\n
