SICA conducted a multi specialty medical camp in association with Prime Indian hospitals at SICA office on Sunday 12th March 2023.<\/p>\n

It had a very good attendance from SICA members right from the start of the morning 9am to\u00a0 5pm, it was really happy to see SICA members turned up with family\u00a0 members.<\/p>\n

Speaking to Ilavarasu<\/strong> General Secretary SICA says ” These camps make sure people are getting the healthcare at the right time, and seeing the doctor early enough before a small health problem turns serious, we at SICA been hearing for past two months prolonged fever and cold continues at Chennai due to Influenza Virus impact, So we decided this is the right time that our members should get vital health check up, acting upon it Cinematographer and Executive committee Seviloraja\u00a0<\/strong> took all the efforts and at a quick period of time spoke with Prime Indian Hospitals\u00a0<\/strong>made this mega event possible, SICA at this juncture lauds his commitment towards this event.<\/p>\n

Karthik Raaja<\/strong> president of SICA adds that whole building with the help of fellow Editors union complete space of the building was utilized and many cabins were created separately for fibroscan, ECG, blood tests for Sugar, Hemoglobin, Blood Pressure check ups, Dental care, eye care, Bone density Scan and General Health consultations all been perfectly organized.<\/p>\n

SICA whole heartedly thanks Prime Indian Hospitals for conducting this test non stop for long hours with Six specialty Doctors and twenty technicians.<\/p>\n

Members were first asked to register their Age and the medical file was given in a minutes – starting with weight and height BMI scan at ground floor leading to SICA office reception area Bloodtest,Blood pressure and Bone density test where done then into SICA office administration area been allocated for Two ECG and Fibro scan units.<\/p>\n

Editors union area allocated for Eye, Dental check ups and General Physician.<\/p>\n

Though Huge attendance was there all the tests conducted in a organized manner where every members had their tests done without waiting for a long time.<\/p>\n

SICA continues its welfare program for members regularly academic point of view and healthcare regularly in a period of time.<\/p>\n
