It has a full frame sensor with dual pixel technology. This tech is based on the camera capturing separate info from each of the two photo diodes that make up each “dual pixel” on the sensor, allowing to correct micro focus errors, do something called “bokeh shift” and correct ghosting or flare.
Canon 5D Mark IV has 4k resolution video filming at 30 fps using Motion JPEG. Company specification promises cameras ability to record in very low light conditions (a native sensitivity range of ISO 100-32000) that can be expanded to ISO 50-102400.
Mark IV includes some interesting features such as touch screen for control over focus and built-in Wi-Fi.
The camera records 4K internally using MJPEG compression at a bit rate of 500 Mb per second with 4:2:2 sampling and 8-bit color depth, while Full HD 1080p recording using Canon’s familiar compression options has 4:2:0 color sampling. When shooting 4K, the central 4096 x 2160 area of the sensor is used at a 1.74x crop in order to record 4K video with a 1:1-pixel ratio, effectively eliminating moire. The full frame is utilized for Full HD recording.
Audio side, there is option for 3.5mm jack for connecting (an optional) external microphone to record audio.
An added bonus feature of this camera apart from 4K video recording, Mark IV allows to pull an 8.8MP still from your footage.

Canon 5D Mark IV Key Specifications

New 30.4MP CMOS full-frame sensor with Dual Pixel AF.

DCI 4K 30/24p video using Motion JPEG + 4K Frame Grab.

ISO 100-32000 (expandable to 102400).

150,000-pixel RGB+IR metering sensor.

1.62M-dot 3.2″ full-time touch screen.

Built-In Time Lapse capability.

Camera to hit stores by September 2016!

[1
["en","ta
