The\u00a0Golden Lion for Best Film<\/strong>\u00a0was awarded to\u00a0The Room Next Door<\/em>, the latest film by Spanish director\u00a0Pedro Almod\u00f3var<\/strong>, produced by El Deseo, Movistar Plus+ and Washington Square Films, while the\u00a0Silver Lion for Best Director<\/strong>\u00a0went to\u00a0Brady Corbet<\/strong>\u00a0for\u00a0The Brutalist<\/em>, produced by Brookstreet Pictures, Kaplan Morrison and Andrew Lauren Pictures in association with Intake Films, Proton Cinema, Carte Blanche, Lip Sync, Meyohas Studios and Richmond Pictures<\/p>\n

The\u00a0Coppa Volpi for Best Actress<\/strong>\u00a0went to\u00a0Nicole Kidman<\/strong>\u00a0for her performance in Halina Reijn\u2019s\u00a0Babygirl<\/em>, produced by 2AM, A24 and Man Up Film, while\u00a0Vincent Lindon<\/strong>\u00a0won the\u00a0Coppa Volpi for Best Actor<\/strong>\u00a0for Delphine and Muriel Coulin\u2019s\u00a0The Quiet Son<\/em>, produced by Curiosa Film and Felicita Films in co-production with France 3 Cin\u00e9ma and Umedia and with the participation of Canal+ and France T\u00e9l\u00e9vision.<\/p>\n
