Camerimage is the one film festival that celeberates art of cinematography and Cinematographers throughout the world.

The International Art Festival of Cinematography Plus Camerimage is a prestigious festival dedicated to the art of film making. During the festival there are meetings with directors of photography, film screenings, workshops and seminars conducted by eminent film makers and directors.

Camerimage film festival has completed 25 years, a festival conducted by Leading Cinematographers for Cinematographers.

This festival originated in Torun  Poland where it had been held 7 times. Then, for many years, it was organised in Lodz where the city was linked with its development and achieving its international prestige. Finally in 2010 it was moved to Bydgoszcz.

Several hundred films are screened during the festival – in the competition sections and during reviews. The most important elements of the festival are the eight film categories which include the Main Competition for the Golden Frog statuette, the Student Etudes Competition for the Golden Tadpole statuette and retrospectives of important guests and prize winners.
