Red digital cinema camera was foremost company that enabled filmmakers to own a high resolution cameras, Once the camera is purchased RED constantly introduced firmware and also customers to upgrade to newly introduced models by paying few more money.

Few years back if owned camera gets any problem, the brain(body) of the camera must be sent to U.S and with customers feedback RED opened up its resellers and service centre in Mumbai.

Great News For RED India owners and users :

Beginning today i.e from 15th March 2019 Qube Cinema Technologies Service Centre, located at QUBE CINEMA TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD, 21 North Phase (NP) Sidco Developed Plots Estate, Guindy Chennai 600 032 India, expanded its role as a Certified Service Centre to now include RED’s DSMC2 lineup of cameras.
Qube now has the capability to repair DSMC2 MONSTRO, HELIUM, GEMINI and DRAGON-X, as well as the earlier DSMC2 versions such as SCARLET-W.  The site does not have capability for sensor repairs or upgrades.
